Job Opening: Human Relation Supervisor (SPV Human Relation)

Main Responsibilities:

Handle Recruitment and Selection Process: Plan and execute effective recruitment processes to meet workforce needs.
Manage Onboarding and New Employee Integration: Develop and deliver structured orientation programs to ensure new hires understand the organizational structure, company culture, and job responsibilities.
Develop Human Resources and Company Culture: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills. Provide coaching and counseling to support performance improvement and work behavior, while overseeing company programs to build a strong work culture.
Oversee Payroll, Compensation, and KPI-based Benefits
Maintain Positive Internal Relations: Socialize company policies, job responsibilities, and rules to all employees to foster a disciplined and harmonious work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Maximum age: 40 years old.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in human relations, recruitment, and employee development.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Proficient in recruitment, training, and HR development processes.
Knowledge of KPI systems, salary calculations, compensation, and BPJS (Indonesian social security) management.
Excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, objective, and able to handle conflicts professionally.
Capable of building harmonious working relationships across all organizational levels.
Honest, responsible, disciplined, highly principled, and adaptable to organizational changes.
